FAQs

1. How long will it take for my tea to arrive?
Most orders land on your doorstep within 7-15 days. It’s a long journey from our studio in China, but we promise it’s worth the wait. For country-specific estimates, feel free to peek at our Shipping Policy.
2. Why does shipping cost what it does?
Cheap, fast, and reliable: the "impossible triangle" of global logistics. We don’t chase the cheapest option; instead, we aim for a sweet spot that favors speed and safety so your ceramics arrive in one piece. For cost breakdowns and tips on how to save, see our Shipping Policy.
3. Worried about "Customs Surprises"?
No one likes hidden fees. We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) whenever possible, collecting necessary taxes at checkout so your package breezes through customs. If a unique situation arises where additional taxes are due, we’ll notify you before shipping to discuss how to handle it together. No surprises, just nice tea wares.
4. Broken or not as described?
Ceramics are fragile, but our promise isn't. If your item arrives damaged or isn't quite what we described, we’ll offer a full refund or a free replacement—your call. Just snap a photo and let us know within 72 hours of delivery.
5. What if my package is late?
We value your time. If your delivery is delayed by more than 14 days, we’ll refund 50% of your total order—no questions asked.
6. What if my package gets stuck?
While rare, hiccups happen (usually due to a tricky address or missing contact info). If your package hits a snag, we’ll jump on the phone with the carrier to smooth things over. We’re in this with you until the box is safely in your hands.
7. How do I track my order?
Once we dispatch your parcel, you’ll get an email with a direct tracking link. You can follow it from our doorstep in China all the way to yours. We also sync this info with your PayPal account for easy, one-click access.
8. The "Worst Case" Scenario?
We’re here to solve problems, not create them. But for your peace of mind, remember that every transaction is backed by PayPal Purchase Protection. You always have the right to open a case, though we’ll work our hardest to make sure it never comes to that.
